Project Zero Hour takes place in the near future where a                                                                                                 company named Ultimate Electronic takes over all                                                                                                           electronic appliances. Eventually the government becomes                                                                                             partners with the company and a military, police like state is                                                                                              formed. Because of this, common citizens try to shut                                                                                                       Ultimate Electronic down due to their harsh totalitarian rule                                                                                              over their lives. Unfortunately the revolution hasn't succeeded. A man named Carter Johnson has decided to take a bold move in part of the revolution to end the UE. He snuck into the Ultimate Electronic headquarters in hopes to use whatever technology they had and use it against them. Carter stumbles upon a top secret facility that has a project in development codenamed Project Zero Hour which is a watch that allows a subject to travel back in time. Carter plans to use this watch to go back in time to stop the UE from ever existing. Carter's proffesor helps him in the journey to help improve the watch and eventually go back in time. The main conflict arises when Carter realizes he only has enough time serum that allows him to go back for a short amount of time, causing him to sneak out back and forth into the UE headquartes to retrive more serum
